20+ years across in-house group leadership (Generali, MD — Ethics & Investigations; Anti-Financial Crime) and top-tier advisory (Promontory, BCG). Leads complex cross-border investigations and board-level regulatory engagement. FATF contributor; Adjunct Professor at Università Cattolica.

15+ years inside tier-one banks (Intesa Sanpaolo and Deutsche Bank) and management consultancy (Promontory and Oliver Wyman). Supervisory credibility across EU, UK and US regimes with direct experience in turning regulatory challenges into new functions, unlocked capital and faster delivery. Full-lifecycle model validation across credit, market, liquidity/IRRBB and stress testing and across financial crime: AML transaction monitoring, KYC client risk rating and segmentation.
